Marc A. Ross speaks to boards, executive teams, industry conferences, and global gatherings on the communications and strategic challenges facing global business in a volatile world.

Globalization and American Politics. What the next decade of US political fragmentation means for global business, and how executives should communicate through it.

US-China Commercial Relations. The present and future of the world's most consequential commercial relationship, and the communications imperatives for companies operating on both sides.

Corporate Communications in a Volatile World. How senior leaders build authority, equip boards, engage investors, and reach employees when the geopolitical ground keeps shifting.

AI, Sovereignty, and Communications. What technology executives need to communicate to regulators, investors, and the public as AI governance hardens.

Tariffs, Trade, and Supply Chains. The executive communications imperatives of a fractured trading system.

The SIGNAL Framework. How Senior Executives Read the World. A talk on the six-part discipline of executive intelligence: Sources, Inputs, Geography, Noise, Analysis, Loop. Built for boards, executive teams, and PE operating committees that need a shared methodology for reading the operating environment.

E-STOCK. The Discipline Behind Spreading an Idea. A talk on the six-part operating system that turns executive communications from a series of one-off engagements into a calendared, measurable program. Built for CCOs, CEOs, and founders who need their thought leadership to compound rather than spike.

TWIN. The Audience Segmentation Framework for Global Business Communications. A talk on the discipline of naming the audiences you have to win, influence, and neutralize. Built for executives who run communications programs across regulators, investors, employees, journalists, and pressure groups.
