US Navy plane crashes into the sea near Japan: WSJ reports, a US Navy aircraft carrying 11 crew and passengers crashed into the sea south of Japan‘s main islands on Wednesday. The Navy provided no details on casualties, but Japan’s defense minister said eight people had been rescued.
